– ANZ pursues standardisation and a consistent global customer experience across its global wholesale lending businesses by selecting Misys Loan IQ
8 October 2013 – Australia & New Zealand Banking Group Limited, as part of its super regional strategy, is rolling out Misys Loan IQ throughout its global lending operations. In doing so, ANZ will deliver a core commercial loan management system to address the combined needs of the Commercial, Corporate and Institutional banking segments for wholesale lending. ANZ ultimately seeks to provide a consistent global customer experience, a set of standardised processes and better revenue management, ultimately reducing operational risk and underpinning regulatory compliance.
The Misys solution offers both robust workflows and feature-rich functionality, and will help ANZ to manage its company-wide lending business effectively from a single platform. In effect, it enables ANZ to consolidate operational processes across both its institutional and commercial lending businesses.
