Hanse Orga Launches New Tool for Working Capital Management

Published

Hamburg: With the new tool FinanceSuite Working Capital Management the software provider Hanse Orga now offers a solution for companies that are interested in increasing efficiency in their working capital management and that seek to sustainably release cash.

With this tool companies can, for the first time, automatically evaluate comprehensive key figures and conduct continuous analyzes that go beyond the mere reporting date evaluations of the days sales outstanding (DSO) and days payable outstanding (DPO). For this, the following areas will be particularly looked at:

  • Settlement and billing process
  • Payment conditions in purchasing and sales
  • Revenue management and dunning process
  • Control of outgoing payments

The FinanceSuite Working Capital Management is based on the latest business intelligence technologies and enables the highest levels of transparency as document and transaction data from SAP® and non-SAP® systems are used for analyses. The data are automatically – and based on freely definable criteria – evaluated and presented in a clear way so that companies can immediately identify optimization potentials in accounts receivable and payble processes. Besides direct key figure comparisons between corporate entities, customers, product groups and much more, also the details of the respective supporting document can be shown.

Moreover, Hanse Orga offers individualized consulting services in order to support companies in adjusting the tool to the customer-specific requirements and to help plan concrete implementation steps for the optimization of the company’s working capital.

“With an effective working capital management, companies can enhance the profitability of the company with simple means. When you know where there may be inefficiencies hiding in the financial processes, it is easier to tackle them successfully and to release valuable cash. By uncovering the trapped cash, companies can achieve positive effects for the profit & loss statement. We are happy to be able to actively support companies now in this area with a modern tool. With this, they can profit sustainably from cost optimizations, an ongoing control and the augmentation of their company value”, says Sven Lindemann, Chief Executive Officer, Hanse Orga.
