Prior to that he spent three years in its Global Banking & Markets team as its CAO and from 1998-2004 in its Group Internal Audit team. Everett will join in October and be based in London.

Adrian Walker, Managing Director, Products, Global Transaction Banking, commented: “This is an exciting time for Lloyds Bank’s Global Transaction Banking business and these hires are a clear statement of our intent, demonstrating our commitment to support our clients with their transaction banking needs.

“Our clients increasingly look to HP, leasing and corporate asset finance products as part of a holistic working capital management strategy and with Keith’s leadership we will enhance our capabilities much further for our clients. As part of the significant investment we are making in our transaction banking capabilities, we are enhancing the channels, technology and product capability for our clients.

“Stephen’s team will be responsible for leveraging this investment to create insights and compelling propositions across our diverse client franchise, ensuring we are listening to their requirements and focusing our efforts on building capability and product innovation through a client lens.”

Corscadden joins from Bank of America Merrill Lynch where she has spent the last year heading up its public sector team and building the business for EMEA region. Prior to that she was Director for public sector sales at Citibank NA for three years, having enhanced her leadership and coaching skills with the Academy of Executive Coaching. Corscadden has also held a variety of roles within Global Transaction services at ABN Amro and Citibank and originally started her career at Lloyds with responsibility for the banks top tier corporate and high net worth clients.
